A 30+ Year Veteran of the Group Fitness Industry,
​Erika has an On Demand Workout Library and Teaches Live Fitness Classes. ​
She is also in the Employee Benefits arena at Amwins

An Avid Runner, Lisa began her running career over 25 Years Ago.
She is also the Program Coordinator for the New Hampshire Healthy Lives - Heart Program at NH DPHS and a mother of two.
